1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AZ Freedom French Bulldogs website (azfreedomfrenchbulldogs.com) or contacting us through any channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Us

AZ Freedom French Bulldogs is a family-owned French Bulldog breeding business located in Eastmark, Mesa, Arizona 85212. Contact us at azfreedomfrenchbulldogs@gmail.com or 480.999.0400.

3. Puppy Purchase & Deposits

  • All puppies are sold as family pets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy or secure a waitlist spot. Deposit amount will be communicated at time of reservation.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if the buyer cancels. If AZ Freedom French Bulldogs is unable to fulfill the reservation, the deposit will be refunded in full.
  • Full payment is due at the time of puppy pickup or delivery.
  • All sales are final once the puppy has left our care.

4. Health Guarantee

  • All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to sale.
  • We provide a limited health guarantee against congenital conditions as outlined in the purchase agreement signed at time of sale.
  • Buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy's health and wellbeing upon pickup.
  • AZ Freedom French Bulldogs is not responsible for conditions that develop after the puppy leaves our care due to environment, diet, or neglect.

5. SMS & Communications Consent

By providing your phone number to AZ Freedom French Bulldogs — whether through our website contact form, chat widget, or direct communication — you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us regarding:

  • Responses to your puppy inquiries
  • Puppy availability and waitlist updates
  • Appointment reminders and follow-ups

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Website Use

  • All content on this website — including photos, text, and branding — is the property of AZ Freedom French Bulldogs and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.
  • We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time without notice.

7. No Affiliate or Lead Buying

AZ Freedom French Bulldogs does not participate in affiliate marketing programs, lead buying, or lead selling. All inquiries we receive are from individuals who have directly contacted us through our own channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

AZ Freedom French Bulldogs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase of a puppy or use of this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the puppy in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
